Sandi’s Ashtanga Vinyasa classes are for you if you are looking to develop a real relationship with your mind and body through a nuanced progression of āsana. One of the gifts of Ashtanga is its gracefully organized, pre-set, increasingly challenging vinyasa sequences that bring longterm self-transformation, as well as the gradual simplification of complex postural practice. The Ashtanga tradition is learned in both Mysore-style classes (where the student sets the pace) and in Led-style classes (where the teacher sets the pace). Currently, Sandi is only offering Private Classes in both Mysore and Led styles. For Led classes, prior Mysore practice is required. For her Mysore classes, no experience is necessary and all levels are welcome!
