Intro To Ashtanga Yoga (Mysore) @ Yoga Pearl
Practice the traditional method of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as it is done in Mysore, South India.
Unlike a “led class”, Mysore-style is similar to working with a personal trainer in a meditative group context, whereby every student can set the pace of their own practice while receiving individualized assistance from the teacher. Sandi has studied directly with her teacher, Sharath Jois, in Mysore, South India, as well as with several renowned Ashtanga teachers in the West. This class is oriented towards those who are new to Ashtanga but it is open to established practitioners as well.
