Restorative yoga or “conscious relaxation” allows your mind-body a chance to reset and recharge. The poses require little to no effort while many are supported by props, first stimulating the physical body, then restoring your subtle being into a more balanced state. Meditation prompts woven into the practice help to further your conscious relaxation.
