As the next generation of holistic health practitioners, it’s an honor to teach you yoga practices that can help you care for yourself in order to better care for others. Yoga is an ancient stream of wisdom that has very versatile contemporary applications. But whether we are living and dying in 2000 BC or 2000 CE, the purpose of yoga is the same: to liberate ourselves from cycles of suffering, to cultivate inner peace, and thereby, to experience the realization of enlightenment.
